Thunder roars into the peaceful town of Smithville, Texas   the third weekend in March 2012 for the 6th annual Thunder on the Colorado Biker Rally.   Spend a fun time with the LIVE MUSIC of great up-and-coming rock/soul/funk bands under the 100 year old Oaks at Riverbend Park along the Colorado River.  

PARADE through historic downtown Smithville to the delight of area citizens, and head out for a great FUN RUN RIDE around to our area hangouts for some local flavor.  We've got 2 routes to choose from -- a short and a long ride!

And for those of you with amazing bikes, don't forget to join in the BIKE SHOW, with diverse categories and always popular and with some great stories behind those bikes.  

For the outgoing daredevils in the crowd, don't miss the BIKER GAMES in the afternoon.   Fun to be in and even more fun to watch!  Also on tap are merchandise and food vendors for all tastes and styles, not to mention all that fellowship.  Adults age 21 and older, only please.

AGAIN THIS YEAR is a SWAP MEET for new and used bikes and parts.  Must register and pay small fee to sell items at the Swap Meet.  To register and get rules click on the Swap Meet link to the left.
